Hocbstyleshop.com processes orders 7 days a week (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically packed and shipped the same day.
Large orders (with multiple items) may require 1-2 extra days for processing.
Carrier Pickup & Transit
Shipments are collected by our logistics partners Monday–Saturday (excluding holidays). Once handed over to DHL or the designated carrier, Hocbstyleshop.com is not responsible for any transit delays or delivery issues.

5) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

7) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
8) The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
9) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.
